- 2 cups of warm coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
- pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
- piece of fresh, peeled ginger root
Blend all ingredients, dusting some cinnamon on top, if desired.
